Helping people break into small business
- 🇿🇦 Soweto, Gauteng, South Africa
- Valley View Learning Hub
- 1982 to 2019
- English
For 37 years I've mentored people in small business and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mpho
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
