Moumita Tithi Khan
Leadership mentor, Sylhet
- 🇧🇩 Sylhet, Sylhet, Bangladesh
- Sylhet Youth Network
- Since 2017
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 240 people through Sylhet Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Moumita
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
