Helping people break into farming
- 🇮🇹 Rome, Lazio, Italy
- Highland Foundation
- Since 1988
- English, Italian
For 38 years I've mentored people in farming and public speaking. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Monica: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first farming job in 2011. I still have your notes. Greetings from Valencia.
