Minato Inoue
Helping people break into software
- 🇯🇵 Osaka, Osaka, Japan
- Since 1987
- English, Japanese
For 39 years I've mentored people in software and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Minato
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Minato: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.
