Min Yu Wei
Engineering mentor, Winnipeg
- 🇨🇦 Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada
- Heritage Youth Network
- Since 1985
- English, Mandarin
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,230 people through Heritage Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.

What gifts mean to Min: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
