Miguel D. Montes
Volunteer mentor with Buenos Aires Community Trust
- 🇦🇷 Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires, Argentina
- Buenos Aires Community Trust
- 1998 to 2015
- Spanish
For 17 years I've mentored people in small business and recovery. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
