Meseret Genet Abera
Songwriting player and teacher in Addis Ababa
- 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Kingsway Quartet
- Since 1987
- English, Amharic
I play songwriting and violin. I started in 1987 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Meseret: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
