I've coached softball at Meadowbank Youth Club since 1986. Most of my players were between 9 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answer every email, even at midnight.
I'm still learning every day.
