Mercy H. Andrada
Software mentor, Quezon City
- 🇵🇭 Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Eastgate Learning Hub
- 1983 to 2009
- English, Filipino
For 26 years I've mentored people in software and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mercy
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
