Mercedes W. Acosta
Master of upholstery, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 Austin, Texas, United States
- Cedar Grove Works
- 2009 to 2022
- English
I've worked in upholstery from 2009 to 2022. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 400 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 17 years later for another job.
I'm still learning every day.
