I taught biology and religious studies at Oakwood High School, Istanbul. I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Melek: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
