Mekdes Saba Mulugeta
Engineering mentor, Mekelle
- 🇪🇹 Mekelle, Tigray, Ethiopia
- St. Mary's Mentoring Circle
- 2016 to 2025
- English, Amharic
For nine years I've mentored people in engineering and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
More about Mekdes
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
