Helping people break into leadership
- 🇮🇩 Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia
- Baobab Foundation
- Since 1996
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,530 people through Baobab Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Maya
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Maya: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
