Helping people break into writing
- 🇬🇭 Madina, Greater Accra, Ghana
- Since 1999
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,220 people through Kingsway Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Mavis: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
