I taught agriculture at Buenos Aires Girls' School in Buenos Aires from 1993 to 2011. Most days I taught Grade 11, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
