Helping people break into first-generation students
- 🇧🇷 Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil
- Riverside Association
- Since 1981
- Portuguese
For 45 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I answer every email, even at midnight.
More about Mateus
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Mateus: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
