Baking, done properly
- 🇲🇽 San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo León, Mexico
- Old Heritage Shop
- 2018 to 2025
- Spanish
I've worked in baking from 2018 to 2025. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 380 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 10 years later for another job.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mateo
If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
What gifts mean to Mateo: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
