Mason H. Herrera

First-generation students mentor, Lethbridge

  • 🇨🇦 Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada
  • Since 1978
  • English
For 48 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
