I've coached football at Rawalpindi Willow Creek Football Club since 1994. Most of my players were between 8 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
