Mary Grace L. Dela Cruz
First-generation students mentor, Manila
- 🇵🇭 Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Manila Foundation
- 1978 to 1997
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 990 people through Manila Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
