13 years teaching art in Manila
- 🇵🇭 Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Manila Secondary School
- Since 1978
- English, Filipino
I teach art and Spanish at Manila Secondary School, Manila. I never raise my voice.
I've coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mary
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Mary: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

I was in your Grade 8 class in 1979. You believed I could do it before I did.
