Marta Natalia Wójcik
Helping people break into careers
- 🇵🇱 Poznań, Greater Poland, Poland
- 1994 to 2021
- Polish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,510 people through Sunrise Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Marta
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Marta: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
