Marta Iwona Głowacki
Mentor in first-generation students and teaching
- 🇵🇱 Kraków, Lesser Poland, Poland
- Sakura Mentoring Circle
- Since 1985
- Polish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 860 people through Sakura Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Marta
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
