I've worked in weaving from 1988 to 2013. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 1,400 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
