Marisol E. Lozano

Weaving, done properly

  • 🇺🇸 Rochester, Minnesota, United States
  • Rochester Works
  • Since 1981
  • English
I've worked in weaving since 1981. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 2,120 apprentices. Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I try to remember everyone's name.

More about Marisol

Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.

Crafts and trades

What gifts mean to Marisol: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
