I've coached basketball at Alcalá de Henares Youth Club since 1998. Most of my players were between 12 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Marisol
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
