Marieke Scholten
Design mentor, Nijmegen
- 🇳🇱 Nijmegen, Gelderland, Netherlands
- Since 2006
- Dutch
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 940 people through Bayview Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Marieke
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Marieke: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
