Marieke Marijke Smits
Careers mentor, Amsterdam
- 🇳🇱 Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands
- Amsterdam Learning Hub
- Since 1988
- Dutch
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,140 people through Amsterdam Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
