Maria Oliveira

Mentor in engineering and farming

🇧🇷 Olinda, Pernambuco, Brazil
Olinda Association
Since 1985
Portuguese, French

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,970 people through Olinda Association. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

More about Maria

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
