María Montes
Mentor in teaching and finance
- 🇪🇸 Madrid, Madrid, Spain
- Andes Foundation
- 2017 to 2025
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 220 people through Andes Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about María
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to María: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.

You helped me get my first teaching job in 2017. I still have your notes. Greetings from Madrid.
