María L. Martínez

Helping people break into farming

  • 🇪🇸 Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, Spain
  • Alcalá de Henares Community Trust
  • Since 1998
  • Spanish
For 28 years I've mentored people in farming and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.

Areas of mentoring

Farming
What gifts mean to María: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
