Maria E. Chavez

Youth volleyball coach and mentor

  • 🇨🇦 Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
  • Ottawa Sports Club
  • Since 1993
  • English
I've coached volleyball at Ottawa Sports Club since 1993. Most of my players were between 11 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I watch every football match going.

More about Maria

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
