Margaret Florence Shayo
Economics and statistics teacher, Kampala
- 🇺🇬 Kampala, Central Region, Uganda
- St. Joseph's Secondary School
- Since 2015
- English, Swahili
I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and eleven years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Margaret
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

you taught me economics in 2022 at St. Joseph's Secondary School. I still remember the last day before the summer holidays.
