Plumbing, done properly

My trade is plumbing. I opened my own shop in 1985 in Los Angeles and I'm still there most mornings.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 16 years later for another job.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Marcus: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
