I'm a mentor in first-generation students. I've spent my career as a bank clerk and now give some of that back. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Marcus: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
