Helping people break into leadership
- 🇪🇸 Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain
- Barcelona Association
- Since 2006
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 720 people through Barcelona Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
