I coached football at Lecce Kilimanjaro Football Club from 2017 to 2025. Most of my players were between 8 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Marco
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
