Márcio Otávio Santana
Mentor in leadership and engineering
- 🇧🇷 Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil
- Since 2012
- English, Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 350 people through St. Joseph's Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
Thank you for stopping by.
