Márcio Joaquim Lacerda
Volunteer mentor with Belém Foundation
- 🇧🇷 Belém, Pará, Brazil
- Since 1981
- Portuguese
For 45 years I've mentored people in law school and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Márcio
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Márcio: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
