Helping people break into nursing
- 🇧🇷 Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- Niterói Youth Network
- Since 1998
- English, Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,680 people through Niterói Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Thank you for stopping by.
What gifts mean to Márcia: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
