Helping people break into trades

For 19 years I've mentored people in trades and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Marcelo
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Marcelo: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
