Manal Salma Belkacem
Cross country coach, Hamilton Athletic Club
- 🇨🇦 Hamilton, Ontario, Canada
- 2006 to 2019
- English, Arabic
For 13 years I ran the cross country program at Hamilton Athletic Club in Hamilton. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Manal
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
