Youth volleyball coach and mentor

- Japanese, English
I've coached volleyball at Valley View Sports Club since 1998. Most of my players were between 8 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Makoto
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Makoto: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
