Thatching, done properly
- 🇲🇦 Fez, Fès-Meknès, Morocco

I've worked in thatching from 1992 to 2022. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 690 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Majid: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
