Maina Tumusiime Tembo

Spanish and accounting teacher, Jinja

  • 🇺🇬 Jinja, Eastern Region, Uganda
  • Jinja Secondary School
  • Since 1986
  • English
For 40 years I have been the Spanish teacher at Jinja Secondary School. I teach Grade 11 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.

More about Maina

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
