Maina Maina Massawe
Musician with Kinondoni Orchestra
- 🇹🇿 Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
- Kinondoni Orchestra
- Since 1982
- English, Swahili
I play accordion and jazz. I started in 1982 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row.
More about Maina
I write my first song when I was 20. It was terrible and I still love it.
