Maina Bakari Ouma
Master of welding, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇬 Entebbe, Central Region, Uganda
- The Hillcrest Repairs
- Since 2005
- English
I've worked in welding since 2005. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 630 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 24 years later for another job.
More about Maina
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
