Salim Mukasa Mwesigwa
Master of welding, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇬 Kampala, Central Region, Uganda
- Kampala Trades Guild
- 2011 to 2019
- English, Swahili
I've worked in welding from 2011 to 2019. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 340 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I garden badly but happily.
More about Salim
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
