Mahesh Tharindu Rathnayake
Engineering mentor, Galle
- 🇱🇰 Galle, Southern, Sri Lanka
- Crown Foundation
- Since 2018
- English, Sinhala
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 300 people through Crown Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
