Volunteer mentor with Wrocław Youth Network

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 720 people through Wrocław Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
